Let's see what Elena tells about her inspiration: "Right before the New Year, I saw a very simple wall clock in one of the local shops. Like every creative person, I saw something unusual about it! I clearly imagined what it could look like and who I would present it to 🙂 Having bought this clock, I immediately started decorating it.
At first, I disassembled the clock and prepared a new clock face. I used white acrylic primer, a decoupage card and professional binding glue from Fabrika Decoru.
Then I painted the base of the clock with black acrylic medium from TM Fabrika Decoru and started decorating my clock. I glued all the decorative elements onto 3D gel from Fabrika Decoru. I used for decoration 6 different sets of decorative elements and different chipboards.
I also added some lace in the form of a net and a wide variety of improvised parts - screws, nuts and other elements from my husband's construction box)))
I created 3D effect and the effect of an aged surface using texture paste and deco-toppings of different sizes. After being painted with rustic and metallic paint by Fabrika Decoru, this texture looks incredibly amazing!
I also used a wide variety of sprays for coloring: Spray Metallic Red Poppy with Gold, Aqua Spray Olive Grove, Spray Metallic Silver, Spray Metallic Blackberry with Gold, Spray Chameleon Transparent Twilight.
Of course, my project was not complete without extra shine. I used metallic gold airy mousse from Fabrika Decoru and various glitter mousses: Black Night, Bounty, Violet.
When all the painting with the watch base was finished, I glued my new clock face to the clock using 3D gel from Fabrika Decoru and decorated the junction of the clock with the clock face with toppings, gluing them onto the same 3D gel. After gluing, I additionally painted the clock face with dry magic paints with the effects from Fabrika Decoru using colors Red wine and Violet with gold.
I hope you like my watch."
